Hello, has anyone used this company for car hire and and airport collections?
Having trouble trying to book the above using an iPad, cannot seem to find how to order a return collection.

Are they reliable?

Thanks
SWN

I haven’t used them for car hire but have quite a few times for airport transfers. Their website isn’t as good as it could be, I had quite a bit of difficulty booking, this has been a problem for sometime now. If you are still having problems I would message their Facebook page for help, someone will get back to you. I would definitely recommend them, they are extremely cheap and have always found them on time at the airport, however on return journey back to airport they don’t always get back to you the day before with a pick up time so I would suggest if you don’t hear from them between the times stated that you contact them for a pick up time. I have had shared taxi and quite often been the only passenger, taxi is clean and free bottles of water on board.

Have not used them for transfer (yet), but used them for car hire 9-23 October. Previously I have used A-One for both transfer and car hire; the condition/standard of the hire cars from both companies were in both cases adequate (but not outstanding), but CyprusBooking was considerably cheaper.
A-One cuts transfer charges by 50% IF you also hire a car, so we hired a car from them for a week; then coped without a car for three weeks more prior to using CyprusBooking...
We will consider CyprusB for transfer next time...
Just as an aside, we always order a manual; friends always order automatics - car condition is always much better... Are manuals not popular hire choices, and therefore few and worn out?

Have used Cyprus booking many times for airport transfers and agree with most of the above,

The website is not the best, somewhat clunky and not as clear as it could be. Have always managed to process my booking but it can be slow at times and isn’t as straightforward and easy as it should be. Cost is very good.

They do advise a text message will be sent between a certain time before your pick up to advise what time they will turn up. Sometimes we get a text and sometimes not - a bit concerning. If no text is received we do call, calls are answered promptly and most of the time they advise they are finalising the pick up times and will call back shortly.

We always book a shared transfer and pick ups have been on time. Often we are the only ones in the vehicle.

It’s a good service but slightly let down by the website and being left thinking have they sent a text or not to advise pick up time.

Made me laugh Jofra with your ref to manual cars. I use Aone for transfer & apart from one transfer to Larnaca all drivers have been friendly even the ones with little English, apart from one idiot driver, won't go into but sent an email on return to be told not the first time with complaint & no longer driving.
I also ask for manual as never driven auto & at my tender age have no intention of starting. I offered to use my hire car to move something for someone & they said you can't use your hire car & my reply that they are crap so no worries. Tbh I prefer it that way then if I am involved with an accident I won't feel so guilty, as if I had been in a new car.

Had a problem paying them on line - went down to the office and everything was sorted without a problem at all. Nice people in the office and always ready to help. Will always use them for transfers but have not yet tried their hire car service. Recommend them fully.

Thank you all for your replies. Glad I am not the only one that finds their website a pain in the rear!
I will try again.

Thanks

Website can be a bit tricky if you are not keeping things straight forward. In these instances, I have just emailed them and they sort it out for me.
