KAR working with the authorities on new By Law

Following up from the disturbing (supposed 3 dog rule) news earlier in the year meetings are still taking place between KAR, municipality representatives and lawyers to discuss and outline proposed amendments to the Municipalities Legislation. (Municipality Dog Keeping/Ownership and Welfare).The new Legislation is still in the draft stage and KAR hopes that their advice on animal welfare will help to make the new Municipalities By-law workable for all parties.
