Accessing BRT television programmes

I will be on BRT television this Friday, I've been told. Does anyone know how I can access BRT digitally? I have a very weak analogue signal through an indoor aerial, but you can hardly make out the picture. Or does anyone else have BRT1 and want to invite us around Friday at 2.30pm. The program is called Endorfin (Endorphin) and documents those of us who pursue high octane sports like kite surfing, iron man and the like.
