Yippee, I'm feeling great. Paphos to Manchester in February, 23kg in hold, extra legroom there & back for TWO people, oh and car hire for 12 days £598 all in. Now that's a bargain I think

that's not very nice, if you can't say something nice just don't bother!!
all I was trying to get to the bottom of is why prices with TA are really expensive, especially next April. Is it something to do with brexit or not?
I'll not bother in future!

frugal90. TA, as a commercial enterprise, seeks to maximise profit. It is no different than any other airline, plus, and sadly so, it doesn't just cater for expat travel to/from the TRNC. TA will have considered a number of pricing factors - likely fuel costs, higher landing fees, staff wage increases, the number of likely travellers, higher servicing costs etc. You shouldn't take umbrage as to what posters say on this forum. Many are 3-sheets to the wind when posting. Ignore what you do not like and move on, else you'll get ill.

A lot of airlines reduce their prices 4-6 weeks before departure, including TA. Obviously, this is unlikely to apply if you are planning to fly at peak times such as school holidays and on peak days (Tuesday is one of the cheapest days to travel, Saturday is not). A bit of research could save you a lot of money, this link may help

There are many flight comparison websites (though always worth checking with carrier direct) that allow you to set price alerts so you get notified whenever the price drops.
It just depends how flexible (and brave) you can be.

tomsteel.
I couldn't decide if that Post was a 'Delboy' type humour or just plain rudeness.
Whatever, when members are '3 sheets to the wind' or in a just plain shirty mood, they shouldn't post - it harms their reputation.
