Anyone used this company for deliveries of small items from UK to down South address, including a PO Box number. Thanks.
Parcelmonkey will give you a generous discount from the main courier firms (Parcelforce, Dpd, Yodel etc). If something happens to the parcel, loss or damage, then their Customer Service is quite poor. The courier firm wouldn't deal with any enquiry as you would have paid a third party company (Parcelmonkey) & be directed to them.
It's weighing up whether you pay less for delivery and hope you have no issues or go direct with the couriers and have peace of mind with good customer service but pay that extra.
My experience with Parcelmonkey is only based on delivery within the UK.
