Keyboard keys sticking?

I have two or three keys on my lap top sticking which is rather annoying. Not being a tech expert I dont want to mess in case I break the thing. I have done the " turn it up side down and shook it" to get any biscuit crumbs out but to no avail. Any advise would be appreciated thank you.

Usually the keys just flick off with a little light pressure and you can clean properly underneath. When I say light pressure I do not mean with a crowbar! Have a look on Youtube and it will show you how to do it.
