Definitely still there, not sure of no though can go up and ask him that is not the correct no already given, just let me know.

Many thanks Poppy for your reply. If I have no joy with the number given I will come back to you but would prefer not to disturb him over the weekend. My husband has just noticed a small crack in his denture so hopefully it can be sorted out without too much problem.
