Can anyone tell me who is responsible for the parcelisation into plots. Is is the original architect or the Tapu?

Our builder did everything for us, so maybe an idea to go to them and ask?

Mine was done by the builder who actually held the Kochan in his name.
When he finally did this he went to the Property tax office & Tapu then gave us our Kochan in our name.

Thanks for the replies.Unfortunatley our builder is not pro active - I take it perhaps a POA for someone else to do would be possible??

Your first port of call must be the Architect as nobody can work on his designs unless he signs it over to them. There are some detailed threads regarding the procedures on this board, all plots on the site have to be done together - good luck.

If your property is over 5 years old, then you can choose another architect, as we did. No problems there.

We are official land surveyers apointed by land registry and deal in border determination, parcelisation, divsion ,registering house on deed . etc.
