ATM Iskele area which dispenses sterling

As title, does anyone know if there is a bank ATM which dispenses Sterling in the Iskele area, preferably one such as TEB or Is Bank, which do not charge for the privilege? Tried down east side of Girne with no joy yesterday.

I have ordered a Revolut card which hopefully will be brought over soon, which will make life a lot easier. I tried with Starling bank, but could not download the app from here, saying it wasn't allowed in this country, wouldn't even work with my VPN. Am sure that I read on here somewhere that someone had ordered a Starling card from TRNC, so if anyone has managed to do it, would appreciate some advice.

The nearest TEB is in Famagusta, but you can get £s from the ATM on the Lemar car park.
