We finally got the Dark Side this morning to pick up the mystery parcel I mentioned a while back. It was indeed a book on astrology I'd ordered from the US which cost the grand sum of US25, for which the greedy pillocks at Greek customs charged me 6 Euros. Parcel pickup, by the way, is at the Customs section of the parcel pick-up in the post office on Podromus Street.

Yeah the customs charge sounds about right - I can never grasp is how they can charge duty on the postage!
