Has anyone lost these three beautiful young dogs in the Catalkoy area? Black with curly coats.
All three wearing rainbow coloured collars.
Currently in Caglayan Sokak off Zafer Sok.
Been here all evening.

Yes I've been told they are going to be collected by bellidier there from Shayna area

Oh. What will they do with them? Can someone let me know.
They were beautiful well behaved dogs who sat when told. They had collars but no phone numbers.

Not collected by the Catalokoy Belediye surely, they have nowhere to put them!!! The fact they are a matching set suggests they are brothers and sisters but if they have been dumped I think they might have had their matching collars removed as its rather obvious and someone will recognize them.

My thoughts exactly, Sophie. Yes they looked to be from the same litter. Very worried about what Catalkoy beli will do to them, if it is true that they were voing to colle t them.
They were well behaved and beautiful young animals.

If you go to Shayna catalkoy they have beds there ..residents are complaining and belli have said they will be collected . Yes they are from same litter . Shayna restaurant were looking after them but no longer interested .

Rob Astley is looking after these dogs and is trying to rehome them.

Rob will be in touch with the Belediye .

Thanks Art for that information. I thought the ones down at Shayna were smooth coated black dogs, but I haven't been down there for a while.
Thanks go to Rob and I hope he is successful in finding homes for these lovely dogs. We already have two rescue dogs who wouldn't accept another one, let alone three. Good luck to Rob and the dogs.
The residents at Shayna will have more to worry about than dogs when the hotel building work is going on!

People like curly haired dogs in my experience, wonder if they are black Cypriot Poodles cross.?

I spoke to Rob last night and he’s on the case.

Rob feeds the dogs every day and I know he’s very fond of them.

He travels in from Esentepe and is doing a fabulous job in helping street dogs.

Wish there were more people like him...givers not scroungers!

Message from Rob,

The dogs are being fed daily and on occasions they walk from the beech to the Tempo Supermarket and then return to the beech.The Hotel are happy for Rob to feed them and to clear up their mess which he has being doing for many months now.

They are quite happy with their live but obviously would welcome a permission home.

Where did the story about the Shayna people being unhappy and had called the Belediye to have them removed come from them? So pleased they are being looked after. I think you'll find there are a lot of givers, sadly they are out numbered by the moaners and groaners regarding street animals.

The dogs are all related and have been vaccinated and spayed .

He’s looked after them for 12 months now and is looking for a local farm which will take the three dogs..he’s very attached to the dogs and would love to find them a happy home.

If it is the same three dogs they got further than Temp the other night. They had crossed the main road, which is worrying, and stayed in our road just below the village, for the evening. Chose one person's doorstep to sleep on.

Art, masses of us care, its just that masses of us are filled to the brim with sad, unwanted and abused dogs (and cats)

How large are they and does anyone know how old they are - ie are they likely to grow larger - how big are their paws?

Looked to be about 2 or 3 years. Fully grown medium sized, lovely natures.
