does anyone know if when you have finished working here you are able to claim back your payments made during the employment term ?

My sister tried 5 years ago just before she went back to U.K. She was told there was no money in the “coffers “ to pay out. She was ill so didn’t persue it. May have changed now. She had to go to Lefkosa and fill a form out. The department was opposite Onder store .

I don't think you can anymore. I paid in something like £40K and cannot even get a pension from it.
