Has anyone had any dealings with this company and if so how did they get on with them, we spoke to a couple recently who had sold their property through them and were very positive about them.

We purchased via them and they were awful. Lots of the goods were missing from the apartment on competition and they just did'nt want to know. Awful service and very rude staff

Firstly, are they an officially registered Estate Agent in the TRNC, apparently a number who advertise are not? Worth finding out...

Hi
Estate Agents don’t go to heaven, like politicians...thieves and vagabonds!
Kind regards

Looks like they are doing very well, high end properties, building in Famagusta. Sergei likes promoting sporty people. If your interested in their properties they give free tours, free instalment to buy up to 3 years or loans over 20 years.
Also when buying any property, a residence permit, bank account, driving card and health insurance in North Cyprus for the whole family as a gift from the company. Fantastic.
Must stop posting and slap my wrist as sounds like I’m promoting a future oligarch in North Cypris

Where can one find a list of “ regulated “ estate agents. No agent appears to advertise there compliance with the rules here, if indeed there are any?

They have now moved to Catalkoy so properties West of Girne may lose out.
