Thank you ~ Capital Insurance

On Thursday afternoon a fellow motorist decided that the back of my car needed remodelling and duly made the necessary alterations by driving into me as I was in a queue of traffic! Apologies to all those caught in the subsequent tail back on the main Karsiyaka/ Girne road at around 4pm! I called Trevor from Capital Insurance who came out, checked both sets of paperwork, the other driver was fortunately insured and called a tow truck for my now modified and undrivable car! The police arrived from Lapta and took all the details, meanwhile my sister and I were loading the contents of my car into Trevor's, quite a bit of stuff as we had been shopping! We went off with the police to Lapta police station and Trevor waited for the tow truck.

He then came to pick us up and drove us home, complete with shopping. Next morning he picked me up to take me to Capital bank to collect the courtesy car. Wonderful service! I am truly grateful to him as he made an annoying experience much more bearable. The police too were extremely kind and quickly dealt with the paperwork. Not an experience I'd recommend to anyone but one that was made infinitely better by Trevor's calming presence. Thank you Trevor!
