Bakal supermarket opposite Simena on the lapta/karsiyaka border is locked up.
To much competition and less buyers?

Not surprised Best Mar is far better . Much larger selections and better prices than most other supermarkets, and the staff are great .

Oops! Just across the road from us; useful if/when we don't have a car.... Otherwise, we do use BestMar, Starling or Ileli...

Much prefer HosBes especially with the make over very smart, the traffic at Besmar is an absolute nightmare with cars moving in all directions without a thought for other road users

Not surprised on my last visit bought 6 eggs 2 of which were rotten , not enough turnover.

They said yesterday they will be opening in 1 week.... so not shut down just doing some alterations....

There is a sign up now which indicates it is reopening under a different name.
