Amazon Fire Stick Remote

can anyone tell me where I can get a remote to operate my fire stick version 1 as I forgot to bring my remote over here

Not sure if you can just buy one without getting it from Amazon as when I bought a new fire stick the remote wasn’t working properly, when I phoned them up I had to give them details off my tv so they could pair a new remote up to send out to me. I thought I could just use the remote off my old one but it wouldn’t work at all. Probably better to get someone to send yours out to you.

If you search the internet you should find how to add an App to your smart phone from Google Playstore that does it. It is available for Android or iphones. It does work as I did it yesterday.

The App did not work but funnily enough my Samsung TV remote controls it, Thanks for the info though

Strange that as mine does. I actually always use the TV remote for ours so sorry never thought about telling you to try that.
