Can't send BT Internet emails from iPad/iPhone

Hi
Is anyone with a btinternet.com email address having problems sending emails from their IPADS or IPHONES.

When trying to send an email a message comes up saying unable to send a copy has been placed in your outbox. The sender address........... was rejected by the server.

We have checked that it isn’t a problem with apple and BT are currently looking into it for us but said it could take a while to sort. We only came out to Cyprus a few days ago and have never had email issues re our IPADS on any of our previous stays here over the last few years. However we are able to get into and send BT emails from a laptop. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Just sent email from my iPad this evening at 20:35hrs Weds 15 May.

No issues.

This is just a suggestion, have you tried logging into bt web mail via your browser and sending from there rather than the dedicated email programme.
