Can anyytell me where you go to find out if your new ‘GOS Kocan’ has been done - is it the Tapu in Girne? Tia

That’s right providing your property is in the Girne area of course - suggest you go after lunch when they are not busy doing transfers

Are we all supposed to go and get this GPS Kocan (if done)? Does it mean if we do not have this, then our old style Kocan is not valid or not enough for legal purposes?? How does the GPS version differ anyway?
