We are currently in the process of selling our house. This afternoon 2 gents appeared, both looking a bit be draggled, They stated that they had a friend in Nicosia that was interested in buying our house and was willing to pay the price we asked. They asked for a copy of the Kocan and a site plan so they could check it out with the Land Office/ Has anyone been approached by a similar couple offering to buy your house. Call the police would be my suggestion. Very unorthodox and how do you know they are not from the South? Did you invite them in? Are you with a firm of Estate Agents. They might have been checking to see if it was worth them breaking in.
