There's not much to do in the way of servicing as far as i can see. Give the internal filters a brush off or Hoover after removing them from the unit.
If the air blows nice and cold everything is good.
If there's no cooling at all it's most likely the condenser in the outside unit needs replacing, which is fairly easy to do if you're a handyman, part available from most yapi markets.
If the gas has gone you probably have a leak which is when you need a professional.
Domart next to Ya Belesh in Alsancak can do all of the above if needed.

They are sealed units and should only require cleaning of the removable filters which can be washed in a mild washing-up solution. If they do require re-gassing then there is a fault which simply re-gassing will not fix. So, if you simply think that, although the unit seems to be working fine, it needs cleaning, it's a five minute DIY job. Otherwise call Temel and get it done by a professional. Search his name on this board...

Map, by condenser I guess you mean capacitor. A clear sign for this on any motor be it an air con , pump etc will be the unit not running but a humming noise coming from it! If the condenser is running then it won't be capacitor bearing in mind that the unit will have two, one for the compressor and one for the fan. A very likely cause of poor cooling is dirt on the fins of the evaporator (inside unit).

Yep .... IMHO .... Clean the filters and vac the fins on the inside unit.
If the compressor motor won't start (outside) it's likely to be the Capacitor which is available from your local Yapi for around 60tl.
If not it might need regasing and repair of a leak.
I have experience of Velhi and can vouch for his service 👍

We vouch for Veli too. He will only do what's necessary and will tell you straight what (if any) the problem is.

I can support the comments about Willy. He installed our system 18 years ago and we still use his services for maintenance. He speaks English (Australian) well and is always reliable and honest. A true find
