Did you know that Mr Pound plus have a three day returns policy. This even seems to apply if you try to return something because it is faulty. Beware!!!

Better than China Bazaar. I took back an electrical item the same day I bought it....all the Manager wanted to do was get it repaired. I stood my ground, said I would post on all Forums if she did not exchange like for like. She did eventually.

carrierbag, my experience with China Bazaar (Karaoglanoglu) totally different. I bought an item for 75tl for someone, only to find they already had one. I took it back 4 days later. I was asked if I wanted to exchange it or money back. Also before Christmas I bought a couple of their cheapie watches, a few days later the glass fell out of one. Took it back and it was exchanged immediately without question. Obviously I took the receipts back each time.
