Male German Shepherd type puppy LOST

As we left home 11.45 this morning young puppy wearing collar at our gate. Returned 16.15 still here. Made a point of not fussing him. (Difficult for us cos our fav breed). Stayed crying at gate. Still here 2 hrs later.
Anyone know of someone who has lost one?

I understand not fussing etc ... but he made need water you can put this away from your house

Have posted posted on the local charities Facebook pages?

If you could post a 'photo it may help to identify the puppy.

If you can't post a 'photo, then if you can email a 'photo to me keithcaley@yahoo.com I will post it on here for you

The photo can be as big as you like - no size restriction, a close up would be good, but whatever you can manage...

Don't know what happened to my later post - By 7p.m. it had gone. So don't know if owner may have turned up.

Yes we did give it water on our return when it was crying.

I did take photos also but being technophobic couldn't see how to download them on here. If by the time I'd checked again when it had gone - if it hadn't I would have put them on Facebook and asked for it to be shared.
