Does anyone know where I can get toughen glass cut to size or maybe a place that sells off cuts?

Not sure this is any good to you, but there is a Glass Factory in Famagusta just as you come off the motorway. Kucuk Sanayi Bulgesi: 0533 865 90 28 / 0392 366 21 50. They do all sorts of glass cut to any size and shape you want, at very reasonable prices.

Paralık in Karakum can supply glass and cut it to size, whether its toughened glass or not 8 don't know though.
