Visiting family and friends paid a visit to Acapulco water park while they were here on holiday. Whilst they were delighted with the range of facilities on offer, they were disgusted with the quality of the water. First thing in the morning there was a lot of sand on the bottom of the pools, hairs in the water and scum on the surface. We understand it is a busy time of year but there is no excuse for a facility such as this not being cleaned properly on a daily basis. Was it a one off? I don't know and we will not be back to find out.
We have contacted the hotel to let them know as well.

i was disappointed when my kids came out £3000 for ten days half the slides were closed some all the time others for a while . Also the kids park was shut most of the time with some going when they felt like it We put them there as there was three of our grand kids trying to keep them happy in the villa best be there with loads to do or not ? I felt disappointing for them . My family have been using this place for ten years with some years costing 6/7 just to stay . One is coming back next month probably another £4000 if it is the same best go else were . let you know

We took our family yesterday; we had no complaints. Our grandson and his Mum had a great time.
