I have just downloaded the app but it is asking for my kimlik no. Do I put my passport no in and is there an option for English once you are signed in? Any help appreciated

I have tried putting my phone number and passport no and it didn’t Like either. Should these numbers be registered with Kibtek beforehand?

Yes I believe so. The same 'process' that means you get the bills via email as I understand it. If you have already done that and at that time given the same numbers then, then it should work, or at least as I understand it. If you have not then you will need to do that at the office first before you can use the app.

Because I am a so called swallow I wanted to register with UK phone.
Lady at Kibtek altered this for me, and all is fine.

I had a uk o2 sim. Didn’t work, so you have to have a vodphone sim. After I changed to vodaphone it all worked, spoke to kibtec on live chat(via messanger) they where very helpful. Registerd the vodaphone number and passport number email etc. Thus I can now view and pay my bills via the app.

All works for me using my uk Vodafone SIM card. Initially, it took a few emails to Kibtek to set up, but since then it is fine.

We get an email to say we x amount of cash.
Log in using the app and send a message
They send us a code
We then pay using our bank

I used to use the kibtek app to pay my kibtek bills without having to go to the office physically however quite a while ago the payment system on the app stop working for me, every time I went to pay it was putting up some banking system screen asking me to scan one of those barcode thingies in order to make they payment (it had not done that previously and had worked for me previously) and I had no idea what was going on or how to do what it wanted me to do in order to pay. From that point on and ever since I have used my local Is Bank online app (attached to TL account) to do so (as well as using that same app to pay my telsim bills as well). Just mentioning that as an alternative for those who might have such options. I still use the kibtek app to look at historical bills and the like but I no longer pay via it, for that I use my Is Bank phone app.

Hi

Try putting GBR before your passport number. That’s what they told me to do and it worked fine.

Kind regards
