Go to the Alsancak Belediyse building, round the back are some small shop units, there is a shoemaker there. Very nice man & although he doesn't speak English his wife does & they guy from the local cafe does too. Very good shoemaker, made me some sandals last year, fit perfectly & his repair prices are very good too.
