This lovely little bird visited my neighbours in Mevsim Sokak Karsiyaka (near the old army camp seaside) yesterday, then flew off to roost in the garden of an empty bungalow across the street. It is obviously used to being handled as it happily hopped onto my neighbours hand. Is there an owner out there missing their pet?

They have survived very well.in the London area!.

Are you sure you are not getting confused with parakeets.

Yes green parakeets all around west London.

unfortunately there are rather large raptors here though someone must be missing that cockatiel very much its beautiful. hope the owner is found soon.
