We have problems with our water supply when pressing the button it has a reading TUKETIM which I have translated as Consumption but does this mean we have this much credit or have used this much?

Instructions (from 2015) - http://w_b_rowntree.madasafish.com/Smart_water_meters.pdf - if you press the black button without the card in, you get how much credit (KREDI) left, how much used, and the tariff.... hope this helps!

Thanks for posting this information but it does not say what the figure under TUKETIM is, my meter does not seem to have the same options.

I think there are various type of meter around Ozankoy. See many different when walking around.
Ours just. Gives amount available (credit) without card in. With card in gives credit & total consumption

Tuketim translates to consumption, not credit (kredi).

Indeed, but no mention of kredi. I was merely trying to assist.

HI Ozankoys our display reads HELA when button first pressed. Then gives figures as said before
