Multimax excellent service

Phoned Multimax at 11am yesterday requesting the relocation of my receiver because of work being carried out on my roof. Call from their technician at 10am this morning asking if it would be ok to come around to fix now. Took him about an hour including new cable run. Poor guy was working in 40 degrees plus. Now that’s what I call service. Credit where it’s due.

Seems to me on this Forum at least, that MM are a bit like Marmite.

I have been very pleased so far with Multimax. Quick installation and seems to be a quick and reliable connection.

Ok, it isn't fibre broadband, but works for me.

YMMV.

The only thing I don't like about Marmite is running out!

We have used MM for many years and have had several problems that needed sorting out... and they did quickly, without fuss and we are very happy.

The engineers seem to be great but the rude women sat behind the counter are dreadful ( we call them sales prevention officers!!!!) they are always the same no matter who you have the misfortune to deal with.
A lesson in customer service is greatly needed me thinks .

Believe me, its 200% better than it used to be. They used to have a real gorgon answering the phone a year or so back. You felt you had to apologise to living to ask a question.!! Can anyone remember that one?

I can, my solution was whenever I had to visit the office I was extremely unctuous towards her, she didn't know how to respond.

Yes Sophie, I remember her well, she was one of the reasons I left MM
