This season I’ve noticed much more flights from the UK to Larnaca and the prices have definitely come down. Unfortunately the opposite seems to be true with Ercan.

So far this year EasyJet have added a Bristol to Larnaca upto 4 times a week and Cardiff have added ANOTHER Larnaca route to make it two flights a week plus Birmingham have done the same.

Some examples of the fares we have managed to get this summer for ourselves and family......

£74 from Cardiff
£ 96 from Bristol
£104 from Bristol
£ 98 from Cardiff
£105 from Cardiff.
The price difference from Ercan is quite staggering really no wonder UK tourists are down 60%.
I’m guessing Larnaca must have offered some incentives

What are the return flights costs, bet they are a lot higher?

Expect those fares are without luggage, food & drink. Taxi each way @ £50.
Ercan for us & Turkish Airlines everything included

Each to their own but I got return Business flights with BA for £380 and no annoying transfer of planes and a layover of ? hours, which is really important to us when special assistance is required.

Four of us coming over in October £160 return each jet2 from Stanstead including bags return taxi £25 each no meals but its only a four hour flight
Could have got much cheaper flights if we wanted to fly at silly o clock

Maisiemoo, what dates were the flights as I fly business from HRW & pay a lot more than that for September with day flights.

Only two of those prices quoted were single the others were returns. Granted only hand luggage and no meals on board though,but these are a hell of a lot cheaper than we used to pay.

I booked the flights soon after Brexit was delayed as certainly before this the prices were skyhigh. I returned to the UK.end of May and back.to Cyprus middle.of September but use Gatwick.

Walesforever......what dates and times are those please?

Mandy and I have been using Wizz Air from Luton to Larnaca for the past year. Even the last minute prices don't seem to be that dear. Just looked now at return flights for 30th Sept to 9th Oct at £103 each. We do prefer the 6.50am going out and 10.30pm coming back purely for convenience. Only seat allocation to go on top, about £60 return, as we'd only have hand luggage. I did try doing one way from Luton and then one way under Turkey IP address to come back but it worked out the same. Private return taxi Larnaca to Esentepe £100 which i think is about average???

Those were early 8th July,12 th July ,1st September and 9th September and 15 th October

Prices we have Bristol-Larnaca 27 October £27 pp..... Larnaca-Bristol 3 November £351 pp.
