I do not know the exact charges but for around one hour it is 4 euro's. After that it goes up to about 6 euro i have never paid more than this any time i have picked people up. You can pay using coins or notes and the machine gives you change in coins. The 5 and 10 notes seem to be accepted at all times but larger notes are sometimes rejected. There is someone in the office directly opposite where the pay machines are if you have a problem.

4 euros for first hour then I think it was something like an extra euro fir every hour after

When picking up friends or relatives I have recently paid as little as 1 euro at the Larnaca airport short term car park. I more often than not get caught for 3 euro. Very rarely have I paid more.

It's possible to use Google or one of many freebie apps to track the plane progress, so no need to enter the short term car park until a while after the plane has actually landed at Larnaca.

If you arrive in the vicinity of Larnaca airport with plenty of time to spare it is less than a 10 minute drive to Mackenzie beach where one can park up and watch the planes coming in low to land at the airport. Very chilled experience, much better than hanging around kicking your heels in the airport arrivals area.
