Superb night, Killer queen as expected were terrific but what was amazing was Dominic Holmes, knew he was good but he was far, far better than just good, great night!

Couldn't agree more, I know it was his last performance here and his largest audience -- but he totally amazed me in the way he grabbed hold of the crowd and had everyone wanting more when he finished, far better on a big stage than any of the restaurants I've seen him at. On tonight's performance he will be sadly missed in the local entertainment establishments!

Killer Queen weren't bad either.

I am really sad to have missed it.

Good news for Dominic Holmes fans though, they are moving to the dark side, but not yet!

He has further gigs lined up, according to his FB page:

Mon 16/9 - Punjab Indian Restaurant, Lapta 8 pm
Wed 18/9 - Abbas Rafters, 8 pm
Sat 21/9 - Sea Breeze Restorant, 8 pm
25/9 - Abbas Rafters
26/9 - Deks, Thallassa Bafra, 8 pm
30/9 - Seawise Esentepe, 8 pm

And dates in October too.

Most places like pre-bookings.

A brilliant night all round. Dominic great as usual and Killer Queen well worth seeing. A shame they had problems with the sound but obviously with the threat of rain or thunder they weren't able to set up their equipment as they would have wished. Many congratulations to all the organisers. Great job.

Probably the most impressive show I have watched at this really great venue.

Although I have never really been a follower of Queen music I thoroughly enjoyed this performance, very impressive. Also Dominic Holmes was, I thought, really excellent. Never seen him before but would make a point of seeing him again, brilliant entertainer.

The weather was kind.

Tulips benefited greatly from the audiences generosity.

The organisation was very good, a big thank you & well done to all involved. Superb evening - and I bought the last 2 Carlsbergs from the bar.

A big thank you to everyone who attended this event, it was an amazing success unfortunately due to the rain sound checks were delayed by a considerable amount of time and people started arriving at 5;30 an hour before doors were meant to open which hindered sound checks again but thank god in the end the show went on and the rain went away in enough time for the concert to commence. Dominic Holmes was incredible and rocked the Amphitheatre, he is the best on the island!.... and to top it all we raised lots of money for Tulips which was our main aim.

I must admit as traffic was light parking easy I did arrive at around 5:50pm but I never thought we hindered sound checks, the only time i saw an incident was when 'freddie' shouted we need you down here to the sound person, people on the steps did not let him through quickly as I did yell yes let ..... through he's needed to get the show started!
oh dear some will now know who the loud mouthed female by herself is snd1966!!!

Great night and thank you all who arranged it, i just wish people had taken their rubbish home to help the organisers keep down costs but i suppose clearing up can never be left to the people who attend which in todays world is a great shame
