Retractable loft ladder

Good morning all
Anyone know where one can purchase a retractable loft ladder from either in the north or south please?
I am after a fit for purpose retractable loft ladder to reside in the loft space to pull down when the loft hatch opens, not an extendable ladder I could use to access the loft space from below.
