"After the date of November 6, 2019, you will be contacted by Turkcell Communication Centers to sign your contract."

No and I've had a contract with them for 14 years. Unless message was in Turkish and then I tend to bin them and hope I'm not missing anything important.

Those of you who have received this message - do you have pay-as-you-go or monthly fixed contracts with Turkcell?

PAYG - both of us

Both PAYG plus both phones registered in last 18 months and SIMs held for 13 years. Would be interested to find out if it's really necessary to provide all that info again or whether they are just sending the text to all PAYG customers.

I was told yesterday in Turkcell it’s a whole new system so everyone will have to be reregistered!!

I don’t know whether it helps or not.
I am on contract with Turkcell and have been for just under twenty years. To date I have not had a text to supply further information.
I would have thought that all texts would have been sent out together or within a short space of time.

What price are the monthly contracts with Turkcell.?
What price are the PAYG contracts .?
Which is the best way to go Monthly contract or PAYG.?

I suspect its as long as a piece of string. I would rather be contract, purely and simply because I don't run out of credit and have to make a rush to an outlet to top up. Contracts are the same as PAYG, the more you use it, the more costly it becomes.
