Hi you could try this website it is the Cyprus Turkish Bar Association there is a form to complete, whether it gets read I would have no idea sorry but there is also a phone no 0392 227 08 41
I would suggest you make your complaint in Lefkosa rather than Girne good luck

Agree with the ozankoys comments - Go in person to the Head of the Cyprus Turkish Bar Association. You will find them very helpful.
Problems sometimes just disappear!
