Sometime in the month after the tax has expired take all the paperwork for your car to the tax office, join the queue and pay

If your MOT is overdue, then you will need to get that (and the emissions test) done first - and make sure that your csr insurance is up to date.

Sorry if that sounds obvious, but as you don't get reminders for a lot of things here, it's easily overlooked.

Everything is upto date,just behind on the road tax.
