KIBTEK change of dates for summer/winter time

Just spotted that Kibtek are changing the dates when they switch from Summer to Winter charge periods, apparently to prevent the mess caused in May.

Will now change from Summer to Winter on 1 November, and from winter to summer on 1 June.
