Street name sign lost

Recently all the street names have been updated with finger posts stating the name d the street village and area
Great but for one thing our street name was not updated
No finger post at the cross roads pointing at out our Cadassi
No finger post pointing down the street where it starts
But we still had its name on an electricity pole
That's now gone torn off and tossed into a field
So we are a Cadassi with no name
Please which department or where do I go to get the street name back ?
Tried the local muchters in June no joy
