Road closures tomorrow 29th October

Was planning to get my MOT done tomorrow but its Turkey's independence day so I'm guessing public offices will be closed. Could anyone confirmed?

I've just been to the Chemist across the road, no wallet - "Pay Tommorrow" - "No! Day After! Bayram!", so if the Chemist shops are shut, the MOT place will be...

The following roads will be closed to traffic tomorrow due to ceremonial celebrations. The roads will be closed off 1 hour before said celebrations commence.
According to the Police the following roads will be closed to traffic:
Lefke (Lefka) – starting from 09:45:
The route from the Lefke (Lefka) Police Station to the Atatürk and Dr. İzzet Suphi Streets up until the Asmalı coffeeshop.
İskele (Trikomo) – starting from 10:00:
The route from the İskele (Trikomo) “Municipality” Building to the Dr. Arhan Müderrisoğlu and Şht Davut Streets up until the İskele (Trikomo) Square.
Mağusa (Famagusta) – starting from 11:30:
The route from the water fountain to the İsmet İnönü Boulevard up until the Yeni Lemar.
Güzelyurt (Morphou) – starting from 11:45:
The route from the Güzelyurt “District Governorship” to the Kurtuluş, Ecevit, Münür Dilaver, Ecevit and Turgut Özal Streets up until the AKM.
Girne (Kyrenia) – starting from 15:00:
The route from the Arkın Colony Hotel to the Ramadan Cemil Square to the Ziya Rızkı, Turgut Tahsin, 20 Temmuz Kordonboyu Streets up until the Atatürk Monument.
Nicosia – starting from 15:00:
The route from the Mehmet Akif Streets’ Pronto Chamber up until the Dereboyu AVM.
