On multi apartment sites are there any successful strategies to use when dealing with non payers of site fees.
Looking for step 1, 2 , 3 type thing if it exists ?
Also sites that have been successful in using the law, which everyone seems to be an expert in?

Have a look here, with special note to the link in message 3. There are one or two "reluctant" owners on our site; as yet no action has been taken other than to advise that use of communal facilities will be refused. A friend in Ozankoy has mentioned similar problems on their site; I'm going to highlight the above links to her also.
