where can i buy replacement hose

You might have to find an old one that you can cannibalise. However, you can buy parts on web sites that advertise genuine Dyson parts and get it sent over here, which is what we did about 6 years ago. (the actual Dyson web sites advertised parts as well, but they were flaming expensive)
