No storms in winter

or so the Mayor of Esentepe thinks. The remaining plastic cubes of the destroyed floating pontoon have been "stored" on the Esentepe plaje and in a river bed. Who would expect a fierce storm to happen in winter? One that could sweep 3-400 of these large blocks into the sea? Who would expect it to rain in winter and cause a riverbed to flush its polluting contents into the sea?
Couldn't happen in this land of enlightened foresight.

I should get the Genius to listen to the following Albert Hammond song:-

Groucho, it was the musical era at the time that I was referring to, however I had no idea he was Gibraltarian!!

Best song... The Air That I Breathe.
The musical era you refer may have had American themes but many were British penned.
