One of many Brexit positives and with Iain Duncan Smith on board as well (if you'll forgive the pun), perhaps after 31st January Boris can adopt a new slogan to "get recognition done", boom-boom!

TBH, I'm not sure that it's even a glimmer
He was campaigning at the time and talking to a TC - I think that in those circumstances (some) Politicians will say whatever they have to say in order to get a vote - and even in the very best of circumstances, I wouldn't trust BJ as far as I could throw him.

I do not believe that the Uk will unilaterally recognise the TRNC. It will only happen if other countries also do.

Well, he does have Turkish ancestors .... so his world view may just allow him to look past the rhetoric of past narratives. We can only hope.
