Moving to the TRNC

Hello,
I hope you don't mind me posting my questions here, I wasn't sure if another section of the forum would be better placed for general questions but I couldn't find one.
I've spent the past few days having a good look through everything posted here recently in regards to my questions so, hopefully I'm not wasting anyone's time.
My partner and I are considering moving to the TRNC in Q2 of 2020 after having visited several times and loving it - but I do have some questions:
1) We intend to rent before purchasing; when prices are listed in GBP is that the rate at the point of signing the contract or the rate on the due date for payments?
2) On our last trip, we had to rely a lot on taxis and in Nicosia it was quite frustrating at times. Is there a local app or reliable service that could be recommended for Nicosia and Kyrenia?
3) I work from home so reliable internet is quite important. I would have back up internet via 3G from Vodafone or Turkcell (not decided yet) but, in your experiences what is the most reliable VDLS provider in either Nicosia or Kyrenia?
4) As part of my work, I sometimes have to send or receive documents via FedEx/TNT and unfortunately, DHL isn't an option. Is the former provider of FedEx in the TRNC still operational? I wasn't able to find any recent information.
5) Can most utilities (electricity, water, internet) be paid by card or does it need to be a standing order from a local bank account?
6) There are rumours that both Turkcell and Vodafone will be launching 4g/LTE in 2020 but I wasn't able to find any local news sources about this. Has anyone heard anything? News of faster and more reliable connections is always good.
7) Perhaps the most important question - Is there a store that sells Bisto? We searched hard previously but couldn't find any.
I apologise if any of my questions are frustrating but I really appreciate anyone who takes the time to advise.
Merry Christmas!
