I’m being lazy I know (to save me hunting in various outlets) but does anyone know where I can buy plastic can lids (the sort you’d use to cover, for example, a tin of dog/cat food when Fido/Tiddles has had today’s dinner and will get the other half of the tin tomorrow?

Fide brand tinned tomato paste comes with a lid that fits all 400g tins.

I bought mine a couple of years back from a well stocked pet shop and (think?) I saw some on the kitchen equipment shelves in Sha fairly recently.

The lid of a small Breno coffee container fits perfectly.

Thanks for the replies.
Sophie kindly brought hers in for me to see but it was too big.
I didn’t try Breno coffee and couldn’t find Fide brand tomato paste.
Bistro lids didn’t fit - I tried those.
Foil and cling film wouldn’t suit - they’re for a special purpose which I can’t disclose (yet!).
But a dear friend has come up trumps and has loaned me a couple. Thank you too Dodger!
Thank you again.
