Good morning

does anyone know where the Mukhtar for Karsiyaka can be found please? or rough idea where to find said person ?
I've searched forum but posts may now be well out of date.

The muhtar's office is above the Belediye office up in Karsiyaka village. There is an external staircase at the back of the building. The muhtar's office is open between 6-7pm.
