Wow, totally amazed, fully stocked loads of room. Has everything we needed on our shopping list, they have their own bakery, amazing cold & hot mezze counter, butcher, loads and loads of produces, including Thorntons chocolates, oxo cubes which seem to have disappeared off the island.
Plenty of staff around to help. They are just waiting for the cafeteria to be completed, so looks like a day out some......Plus, plenty of parking.

Couldn't agree more, some of the other stores are going to have to go some now. The day before I went into older store for more Mincemeat but they were sold out. The daughter checked on her computer and said "there are 6 jars on the shelf of our new shop" Next day (the day they opened) I went in at 8.15am and sure enough there were the 6 jars. Its called "joined up writing" The new Manager was in his element - he's moved from the Karaoglanoglu Tempo. I recognized some of the Karakum Lemar staff as well. The architects and designers have to applauded as well. Thought has definitely gone into the layout. The family have been shelf stacking etc from 6am until midnight right up until opening and are to be congratulated.

Thanks Groucho, only trouble is "Where was the old illeli?". Not being funny but when I drive I tend to watch the traffic and not notice the shops at all so to find the old or the new do I first go past the Golden Lady statue and if so are either of them beyond the Starling on the right hand side as I go West?

Don't need a GPS marker but often travel this road so know where some places are "Wines of the World" for one - lol.

Always liked Ilelli and I think this store had done them proud. Fantastic place and I wish them every success.

Not being funny but when I drive I tend to watch the traffic and not notice the shops at all so to find the old or the new do I first go past the Golden Lady statue and if so are either of them beyond the Starling on the right hand side as I go West?

Coming from the East (Girne etc) pass the Gold Lady. Pass Ya Beles veggie stall on the left. A few hundred yards further on the left there is a tall new sign proclaiming 'Ilelı'. Near to Garfield vets, Tulips shop, BestSeller and all that lot. If you get to Wines of the World, turn round and pay more attention going back!

Went today, wow very impressed. They are certainly catering for the expat shoppers as well as the locals, something that Lemar has forgotten how to do!

Couldn't find a price on an am item - not listed! So tried the price scanner which was Out of Order/Kapat! Had to ask as the the cashpoint. They need to get that sorted.....just saying

Give them a chance its a huge undertaking getting everything right.

We went yesterday. Very impressed. Good for those living that side of Kyrenia especially as on the east side there are so many supermarkets.

As you drive up Black Olive Sign is on right hand side of the road Illeli is on the left over the road. big sign.

Went this morning and at present they seem to be victim of their own success (lucky them) but I'm sure things will calm down. Hot and Cold deli is lovely with a great variation of items than other places.

Commas.
And the difference between WERE and WHERE.

In English: Brown sauce is 30 TL at all shops & supermarkets, except Starlings, where it is 15.99TL. I love brown sauce but it is even more special because it is the actual "HP" brand.

It seems this could be an overdose of sauce which has caused the errors of our most honourable "Captain".

All this over a bottle of sauce.
