All that you really need is an appropriately sized round file - see your user manual to determine the size.
Genç in Karaoğanoğlu stock a few sizes, and other Yapı Markets may also have them.
Be aware that it only takes a few light strokes of the file on each tooth! Treat each tooth the same. Sharpen the chain before it gets too blunt. Top up the chain oil regularly (every time that you re-fuel, in the case of a petrol machine).
I can confirm that Canada Tools do a decent job if you do decide to use them, but it's an easy enough job to do yourself.

I am with Keith on this. Get the right size of file and look at you tube. You also have to flatten the depth gauge from time to time also. If you are near Ilgaz I can show you.
