Despite all the rain this week, the weather forecast for Sunday is sunny, so there is still time to get your presents for Christmas or sell off a few things to get some money to buy more presents. Last week was very, very busy, so come on early to find the bargains, then have a sit down in the sun with a cup of tea/coffee and and a bbq bacon buttie. Wish I could put one of these happy Christmas fellows on, but can't see how you do it, when I try and drag one over, all I get is a load of writing. Help.

and I believe there is to be a tomobola on the donkey stall, plus a chance to guess the weight of the blanket to win it - lovingly hand knitted. I believe it took about 400 hours to make!
Plus, Barbie's barbie - don't run out of bacon please, cos i will bring 'im downstairs for a late brekkie .

Mo, Lynne and I cant make it until after New Year, so will be back on Jan 13th. Hope the weather is kind to you on Sunday. x

Not long to wait Mo, but am feeling a little naughty this week, so Marion will not need her sunglasses????
Looking forward to tomorrow, and as we say the sun always shines on righteous, and it could not be truer on a Sunday at the only tradition Car Boot Sale, next to Pine Bay, Alsancak!!

Just a little reminder everyone, the one and only car boot sale will be sunny again tomorrow, I may look a little scary early, but trust me it won't put you off the wonderful bargains that will be on offer, as usual there will be plenty of smiley faces grabbing bargains galore at the best and only boot sale in Northern Cyprus (not may competitors to take the title), so get up bright and early and enhance your Christmas with some of the wonderful gifts that will be on offer at stupid prices, then treat yourselve to one of our famous bbq bacon butties, or a scrumptous burger etc etc and then continue to enjoy your wonderful Sunday!!! Looking forward to seeing you there!

Cyprusishome yes we will be open next week, lots going on, Santa will be visiting, music will be playing and the mince tarts and mulled wine will be waiting, you don't have to smile, but think you will find it hard not to, the choice is yours, but if you don't smile you may be asked to make a donation to the charity of your choice!

As the morning will be for two charities - Tulips and Children in need - if you reallyt can't face being happy - just make a donation to stay away!!!! And if you do come, I think you might need dark glasses to cope with what's on show!

If i cannot be unhappy i will stay away but you can forget the donation i will buy extra efes!!!

You ARE allowed to come and be unhappy, but the sight of lots of happy people might help you change all that. There are two important things about the 23rd. One is the spirit of Christmas and the other is the spirit of giving - and Babs and Mo want to spread both, especially the last one to give some brightness to other lives through Tulips and C IN.

Everybody, especially the Pine Bay stall holders, know that I am naturally a miserable g*t that is what makes them laugh. My first hearing of the word Christmas brings the response BAH HUMBUG!!!!! I am so miserable in outlook I can even make Barbs stay at Ercan almost tolerable!!!!!

Other half did promise some time ago that she will take her cards along for those stupid enough to need to buy christmas cards that they forgot earlier. Or even fancy wrapping paper to wrap that late present you forgot to buy for your partner.

David, you know we always love to see your happy, smiling face, it will make our Sunday if you and Christine can come along on the 23rd

sorry but Scrooge is the middle name of him downstairs, and even he will be coming with a funny hat to sing carols! No further comment.

Hello all where is pine bay car boot sale??, and what time should buyers turn up??? I am taking my old mum out for xmas and this would be right up her street,

Hi Sundance, the Pine Bay Car Boot Sale is on the main Girne to Lapta Road (old road not bypass), from Girne past all the Supermarkets (Lemar, Tempo etc), you will see a restaurant on your left hand side called Stone Grill, and just after that their is an arch over the road welcoming you to Alsancak, take second turning on your right beside Pine Bay Holiday Village, there is an arrow on the main road pointing towards it, buyers can turn up depending on what they want anytime after 7.30, but festivities will start around 10am til 1pm, it looks like it is going to be a fine day, as all rain will have dried up by Friday, and as we keep saying the sun always shines on the righteous!
And David that is so naughty of you, I very much enjoyed your company at Ercan, the fact that you was at the back of the plane and I was at the front meant nothing lol, and I disagree you are not a miserable g.t, you are a jolly likeable chap and I hope to see you and Christine on Sunday (I probably will need some last minute cards!
