Am currently unable to connect to Credit West Internet Banking. Anyone else having problems?

Since the 15 th when the central bank dropped its rates maybe a reason???

I had problems as I couldn't get a code through to my UK phone. Contacted the bank and they provided a pin in its place.

Just had an update from Creditwest. They are having an update of their systems and it should all be back to normal later today.

Creditwest website is still down. I got a message at 4pm yesterday saying that it should be up and running in a couple of hours. Tried a few times during today and just now but it is still down.

I used it this morning although it would not accept my pass word which l sorted and changed.

Just logged on - no problems. I do have a problem printing statements off though. Anybody else have a problem with printing or is just me. If just me then will have to contact them.
